摘要 目的探讨HbA_1c作为糖尿病诊断标准的临床应用价值。方法对43例个体行75gOGTT和HbA_1c检测。结果 HbA_1c≥6.0%和≥6.5%分别作为诊断糖调节异常和糖尿病的标准,其灵敏度分别为70.59%和50.00%,特异度为88.89%和77.78%。结论以HbA_1c≥6.0%作为糖调节异常的诊断标准具有较好的临床应用价值,但以HbA_1c≥6.5%作为糖尿病诊断标准的应用价值并不满意。 Objective Invastigation of the diagnostic values of glycated hemoglobin Alc (HbA1 c) versus oral glucose tolerance test (OCTT) for diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods 75g-OCTT and HbA1 c data were analyzed in 43 participants. Results The sensitivities (Se) of HbA1 c for the diagnosis of impaired glucose regulation (IGR) and DM were 70.59 % and 50.00 %, the specificities (Sp) of HbA1 c for IGR and DM diagosis were 88.89% and 77.78%, respectively. Conclusions The value of HbA1 c≥ 6 .0% for the diagosis of IGR is very well, while the value of HbA1c≥6. 5% for the diagnosis of DM is not satisfied.
