摘要
2-[（异亚丙基氨基）氧基]乙基-（S）-2-（苯磺酰氧）-丙酸酯是合成除草剂喔草酯的关键中间体．以2-[（异亚丙基氨基）氧基]乙基-（S）-乳酸酯为原料，以二氯甲烷为溶剂，三乙胺为缚酸剂，在0-5℃温度下与苯磺酰氯反应，得到目标化合物，收率为96．7％，含量为97．3％，产品结构通过了。HNMR鉴定确认。
2-[（Isopropylidieneamino）oxy]ethyl-（S）-2-（benzenesulphonyloxy）-propionate is a pivotal intermediate in synthesis of herbicide propaquizafop. In this article,the target compound was synthesized by reaction of 2-[ （isopropylidieneamino）oxy]ethyl-（S）-lactate with benzenesulfonyl chloride in dichloromethane with triethyl amine as the acid scavenger at the temperature between 0-5℃. The yield and purity of the target compound was 96.7% and 97.3% respectively. The structure of the product was charactorized by ^1H NMR.
