摘要
2-[(异亚丙基氨基)氧基]乙基-(S)-2-(苯磺酰氧)-丙酸酯是合成除草剂喔草酯的关键中间体.以2-[(异亚丙基氨基)氧基]乙基-(S)-乳酸酯为原料,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂,在0-5℃温度下与苯磺酰氯反应,得到目标化合物,收率为96.7%,含量为97.3%,产品结构通过了。HNMR鉴定确认。
2-[(Isopropylidieneamino)oxy]ethyl-(S)-2-(benzenesulphonyloxy)-propionate is a pivotal intermediate in synthesis of herbicide propaquizafop. In this article,the target compound was synthesized by reaction of 2-[ (isopropylidieneamino)oxy]ethyl-(S)-lactate with benzenesulfonyl chloride in dichloromethane with triethyl amine as the acid scavenger at the temperature between 0-5℃. The yield and purity of the target compound was 96.7% and 97.3% respectively. The structure of the product was charactorized by ^1H NMR.
