摘要
分别以3-硝基邻苯二甲酸、2-甲基-2-氨基丙醇和邻甲基苯胺为起始原料,合成氟虫双酰胺的3个重要的中间体:3-碘代邻苯二甲酸酐、1,1-二甲基-2-甲硫基乙胺和2-甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺。再将3个中间体依次拼接合成氟虫双酰胺,总收率为47.7%(以3-硝基邻苯二甲酸计),含量大于95%。
3-Iodophthalic anhydride (1), 1,1-dimethyl-2-methyhhioethylamine (2) and 4-heptafluoroisopropyl- 2-methylaniline (3) are three important intermediates of Flubendiamide. These three compounds were respectively synthesized from 3-nitrophthalic acid, 2-methyl-2-aminopropanol and o-toluidine, and then combined together to converse into flubendiamide in an overall yield of 47.7% with a ourity of 95%.
