航天电连接器绝缘电阻随真空度和温度变化规律的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以Y11P-1419型电连接器为对象,研究了Y11系列航天电连接器的绝缘电阻随环境真空度和温度变化的规律。分析了真空度和温度变化对电连接器绝缘电阻的影响;通过试验和对试验数据进行统计分析,揭示了电连接器的绝缘电阻随真空度和温度的变化规律;给出了对试验现象和统计结果的机理解释。研究表明,真空度和温度的变化都会对电连接器的绝缘电阻产生显著影响,且二者有交互作用:温度一定时,电连接器的绝缘电阻随气压降低(升高)而增大(减小);气压一定时,电连接器的绝缘电阻随温度升高(降低)而减小(增大)。 Taking YIIP-1419 electrical connector as the object, the variation of insulation resistance with vacuum and temperature for Yll series of aerospace electrical connectors was researched. The influences of vacuum and temperature on the insulation resistance of aerospace electrical connectors were analyzed. Through testing and statistical analysis for the testing data,the variation of the insulation resistance with vacuum and temperature was revealed,and the test phenomena and statistical results were explained from mechanism. The research results show that the changes of vacuum and temperature exert significant influences on the insulation resistance of electrical connectors, there are interactive effects of vacuum and temperature. When the temperature remains constant, the insulation resistance of electrical connectors increases as the pressure decreases; when the pressure remains constant, the insulation resistance of electrical connectors decreases as the temperature increases.
