摘要 本体作为一种概念模型建模工具,被应用到计算机的各个领域,用来信息组织和知识管理。本体扩展是一种将新概念以及概念间的关系添加到已有本体的合适位置,以扩大本体为目的的方法。提出一种基于词间语义关联性从文本中扩展本体的方法,该方法主要利用共现分析、词过滤技术和词间语义关联性从文本中发现潜在的概念,作为待扩展概念,并使用扩展规则、包含分析等关系识别技术将概念添加到已有本体中。以电子政务领域的教育子领域为例,使用该方法扩展了一个教育领域的领域本体,结果表明该方法扩展的本体比较合理,具备较强的应用能力。 Ontology as a conceptual modeling tool is applied to various computer fields, chiefly used to organize information and manage knowledge. Ontology extension is a method which is used to add a new concept and a relationship between concepts to a proper position inside an existing ontology in order to enlarge the ontology. The authors propose a method based on semantic relatedness between words for extending ontology from a text, which exploit co-occurrence analysis, word filtering technology and word semantic relatedness to find the potential concept, denoted as extended concept, from the text. They take advantage of extension rules and containment analysis to identify the relation between concepts and insert the extended concepts into the existing ontology. Take the education field, a sub-field of E-government, as an example, where they have used the proposed method to extend domain ontology of education. The results show that the extended ontology is more reasonable with more powerful application accommodation.
