摘要
为了解决双级矩阵变换器(TSMC)输出波形易受电网异常变化影响的问题,对不平衡、非正弦及瞬时跌落3种非正常输入情况下TSMC的运行性能进行了分析,提出一种优化的空间矢量脉宽调制策略,即在逆变级加入了前馈补偿控制算法。该补偿算法根据直流母线电压波动实时调整逆变级调制系数,补偿电压波动,减少输出谐波含量。运用Matlab/Simulink,在输入异常情况下,分别对TSMC普通调制策略和优化调制策略进行了仿真分析,结果表明该优化策略能够有效地抑制输出谐波,改善输出波形质量。最后对TSMC控制器进行了DSP程序设计,实验验证了控制程序的正确性。
To deal with the problem that the output wave of the two stage matrix converter(TSMC) is influenced by the abnormal grid easily, the capability of the two stage matrix converter in three abnormal circumstanes such as unbalance non-sinusoidal and drop was analyzed. An improved space vector modulation strategy was presented. It is to add the feed-forward compensation into the inverter stage. This scheme adjust the coefficient of the inversion. It can reduce the influence produced by the voltage fluctuation on the output and improve the quantity of the output wave. A system simulation model was established by Matlah/Simulink and the result shows that the output harmonic is reduced effectively and the output wave is fine. The program of two stage matrix converter was designed on DSP and it is proved to be correct.
