摘要 针对现有大多数NURBS曲线插补算法不能同时满足插补精度和机床加减速性能要求的问题,提出一种基于De_Boor递推算法的速度自适应NURBS分段插补算法。通过前瞻预处理完成插补分段和减速点确定,通过速度修正完成减速段最终插补。MATLAB仿真结果表明,该算法能够同时满足插补精度和机床加减速性能要求。 Aiming at problems of most of current interpolation algorithms for NURBS curves failed to meet the interpolation accuracy and performance of acceleration/deceleration of machine tool simultaneously, a segmented velocity adaptive NURBS curve interpolation algorithm was put forward based on De_Boor recursion algorithm. Segmented interpolation was completed and the deceleration point was ensured by looking-ahead pre-programming, and final interpolation for segments of deceleration was completed by adjusting speed. The testing results of MATLAB simulation show that the demand of interpolation accuracy as well as machine's aceeleration/deeelerafion performance can be met simultaneously by this algorithm.
