摘要
在分析H型钢切割工艺特点的基础上,设计一种多机器人开放式数控系统。介绍系统的基本组成和软件设计方案。实际应用结果表明,采用该数控系统能有效提高H型钢切割的效率和精度。
A novel multi-robot open CNC system was designed based on the analysis of cutting process of H-beam steel. The basic configuration of the proposed system and software design scheme were introduced. The result of practical application illustrates higher efficiency and accuracy can he gained by the presented system.
