摘要
针对目前工业控制技术的发展特点,在详细描述OPC技术基本原理的基础上,通过应用西门子公司的组态软件ACCESS,利用VC++编写接口程序,实现了PC机与S7-200PLC之间的实时通信。目前此方法已应用于某拉力测试台的检测系统中,所开发的系统运行稳定,说明该方法是有效的。
Aiming at the development characteristics of current industrial control technology, based on the detailed description of the basic principle of OPC technology, the real-time communication between personal computer and S7-200 PLC was achieved by using the Siemens configuration software PC ACESS and VC ＋ ＋ 6.0 application programming. This method was applied to some pull testing inspection system. This developed system is stable. It is shown the method is effective.
