摘要 根据不等高粉末冶金制品成形模具的设计原理,以具有台阶结构和薄壁特征的粉末冶金斜齿轮成形模设计为例,设计粉末冶金斜齿轮制品的成形模具。将由该模具制成的齿轮制品进行轮齿折断试验和装机耐久性试验,结果表明:所生产的斜齿轮耐磨性好、强度和精度高,并满足使用要求。 According to the forming die design principle of sintered powder metal product difference in height, the forming die design of sintered powder metal product was carried out, by practical example of forming die design of powder metallurgical skew gear, which had stepped structure and thin-walled structure characteristics. Tooth fracture test and installed durability test were made on gear products formed by the die. The results show the skew gear has good wear resistance, high strength and high accuracy, and it meets application needs.
