摘要
为了分析基于行程节流阀的机床速度换接回路的动态特性并探求改善系统性能的途径,建立了调速回路的数学模型,并在DSHplus环境下建立了回路仿真模型。仿真结果表明:用行程节流阀控制的速度换接回路能够实现执行元件的快速准确速度切换;通过在泵出口增设单向阀和蓄能器的办法,进一步减小了活塞速度的波动和泵出口的压力脉动,从而提高了整个系统的效率和寿命;改变节流阀开口大小能进一步调节执行元件速度。
To analyze the dynamic characteristics of machine speed switch circuit with trip throttle and to search the method of improving system performance, the mathematical model of the speed regulating circuit was established. The simulation model of the circuit was also established in the software DSHplus. The simulation results show that the speed switch circuit with trip throttle achieves speed switching of actuator rapidly and accurately. By means of setting check valve and accumulator at pump outlet, speed fluctuation of piston and pressure pulsation of pump outlet are reduced, which enhances the efficiency and lifetime of the whole system. The velocity of actuator can be adjusted further by varying opening of the throttle.
