摘要 分析THB38型混凝土泵车摆动系统工作原理,利用AMESim软件建立其液压系统的仿真模型,对S型分配阀施加负载后进行仿真,得到了摆缸位移、速度以及蓄能器流量变化等动态特性的曲线。仿真结果表明:所建模型较准确,能用于研究泵车摆动系统工作时摆缸速度和位移、蓄能器流量变化等动态特性的变化情况。并分析了S型分配阀快速换向的原因,为研究泵车摆动系统的动态特性提供了理论基础。 The working principle of swing system of concrete pumping truck was analyzed. The simulation model of its hydraulic system was built based on AMESim. A simulation was made at the circumstance that the load of S-type distributing valve was exerted. The simulation results indicate that the model is reasonable which can be used to study velocity and displacement of swing cylinder and flux change of accumulator when swing system of concrete pumping truck is working. The cause of the S-type distributing valve reversing rapidly was analyzed. It provides basis for studying dynamic characteristics of swing system of concrete pumping truck.
