摘要
在研究图情人才"职业倦怠"现象的过程中,需要重新审视该范式的西方文化背景及实证研究方法的特定情境,对其研究假设作诸多修正,使其成为探讨我国图情人才队伍建设和图情管理体制创新的重要抓手。在文献分析的基础上,结合相关的问卷调查结果,对图情人才的职业心理进行了分析,并提出基于图情人才三重性存在的职业认同,适度修正研究假设的命题及思路。
This paper reviews the cultural background and special situation of Job Burning Theory in the wake of its localization, and revises its research hypothesis so as to make it suitable for China' s talent development and management institution creation in the field of libraries and information sciences. The thesis systematically retrospects most of the relative research results about job burning problem, and moderately revises the research hypothesis according to the triple existence in career identity.
