摘要 为制备一种低阻力、较高机械强度和耐一定温度的刚性过滤材料,分别将剪短的氧化铝纤维、硅酸铝纤维和高铝纤维通过机械搅拌均匀分散在水玻璃中制成浆料,然后真空吸滤成形、烘干、高温烧成过滤材料,测试三种滤材的过滤阻力和抗弯强度后发现,氧化铝纤维和高铝纤维滤材的性能较好。把氧化铝纤维和高铝纤维按不同比例混合,以相同的工艺制备过滤材料,通过对滤材的性能分析,确定当氧化铝纤维和高铝纤维的比例为9∶1,800℃烧成,可得到过滤阻力为41Pa/m/min,抗弯强度为6.9MPa,孔隙率为78%的过滤材料。 Alumina fibers,aluminosilicate fibers and high aluminum fibers were respectively dispersed in inorganic adhesive homogeneously by using mechanical agitation technique.After vacuum filtrating,drying and sintering,the filter media were made.Based on the measurement and analysis results of their filtration resistance and bending strength,it was found that the performance of the filter media made from alumina fibers and high aluminum fibers were obviously better when compared with others'.Filter materials were prepared by mixing alumina fibers and high aluminum fibers in different ratios and then manufactured under the same technical condition.By analysis of their performance,it can be concluded that the material could have a perfect property with the filtration resistance of 41Pa/m/min,the bending strength of 6.9MPa and the porosity of 78% when sintered at 800℃ and the ratio between alumina fibers and high aluminum fibers was 9:1.
