摘要
针对UG的曲线、曲面和实体模型构建等问题,采用了基于草图和基于实体两种方法建立了柴油机螺旋进气道的三维模型,实现了进气道局部的参数化设计。利用数值模拟和测试试验相结合的方法,验证了计算模型的可靠性,对气道在不同气门升程下的流动特性进行了分析。结果表明,涡流比和流量系数随气门升程的增加而增大。
For the curve,curved surface and solid model building of UG,the 3D model of helical intake port for diesel engine was built with the method of sketch and solid, which realized the partial parametric design of helical intake port. Through the numerical simulation and actual experiment, the reliability of calculated model was verified. Based on that, the flow characteristics of helical intake ports at different lifts were analyzed. The results show that the swirl ratio and flow coefficient increase with the increase of valve lift.
