摘要
应用正交设计法对电控柴油机控制参数影响作用进行显著性分析研究;阐述了正交设计方差分析的具体方法;设计了具有交互作用的正交表,得到了标定工况不同方案下柴油机的燃油消耗率;通过交互作用正交设计方差分析获得了喷油提前角、进气门开启时刻、排气门开启时刻以及三参数两两交互对燃油消耗率的影响,并对标定工况下参数影响显著性进行了排序。
The significance analysis of electronic control diesel engine parameter was researched with the orthogonal design method. The variance analysis method of orthogonal design was explained, the interaction orthogonal table was designed and the fuel consumption of diesel engine under rated conditions was acquired based on different schemes. Through the variance analysis method of orthogonal design, the influences of fuel supply advanee angle, intake valve opening timing, exhaust valve opening timing and interaction between them on fuel consumption were analyzed and the significant degree of parameter under rated conditions was determined.
