摘要
研究了乳化柴油理化特性对金属的影响,并在常温(12℃左右)和恒温(38℃)两种条件下对柴油机上常用的4种金属(钢、铝、黄铜、紫铜)进行了不同配比的乳化柴油浸泡试验。分析结果表明:常温和恒温下乳化柴油对45号钢和铝的腐蚀影响很小;在常温下乳化柴油对黄铜和紫铜影响较大,恒温下影响较小。在实际应用过程中要注意乳化柴油的温度和稳定性,并且采取必要的金属防腐措施。
The influences of physical and chemical properties for emulsified diesel on metal were researched. Under the conditions of about 12 ℃ normal temperature and 38 ℃ constant temperature, the experiments of soaking steel, aluminum, brass and copper in different amounts of emulsified diesel were carried out. The results show that the emulsified diesel has little influence on 45 g steel and aluminum at normal and constant temperatures. The influence of emulsified diesel on brass and copper was greater at normal temperature, but was less at constant temperature. Accordingly, the temperature and stability of emulsified diesel should be cared and the necessary measures of anti-corrosion should be adopted.
