摘要
试验研究了矮壮素(CCC)对孟士德薰衣草组培苗生长、生根及移栽的影响。结果表明,在继代培养时,培养基中加入0.1～1.0 mg/L的CCC有利于形成壮苗;在生根培养基中加入0.5 mg/L的CCC能显著提高生根率,生根试管苗移栽成活率也较高。
In the experiment the effect of chlormequat chloride on L.angustifolia Munstead seedling growth,root taking and transplanting was studied.The results showed that,CCC 0.1～1.0 mg/L was conducive to the formation of healthy seedling,CCC 0.5 mg/L in the medium improved rooting rate significantly,also improved the survival rate of tube seedlings in transplanting.
