摘要
作物在干旱环境条件下,形成一系列抵御干旱逆境的生理机制。了解作物对水分胁迫的生理响应,研究其生理学机制,对当前作物抗逆育种和作物抗旱性能的评价都具有重要意义。简要回顾了近20 a来作物的耐旱机制、水分胁迫下其生理生化反应以及细胞超微结构变化的研究进展,并分析了该研究领域的现状和重点关注的问题。
In arid environment,a series of physiological mechanism to drought stress is formed.Study on crop physiological responses to water stress and these physiological mechanisms are of significance to current crop breeding for stress resistant and the evaluation of drought resistance in crops.In past 20 years,the process in drought resistance mechanisms,physiological and biochemical reactions under water stress,and cell ultrastructural changes of crops were briefly reviewed.The situation and focuses on these issues were analyzed.
