纳米薄膜对敏化太阳能电池光电效率的影响

摘要 介绍了染料敏化太阳能电池(DSC)的基本结构和工作原理,利用扫描电镜等仪器对DSC光阳极纳米薄膜的制备工艺与电池光电效率的关系进行了研究,得到了纳米薄膜制备工艺的最佳参数,从而提高电池的光电转换效率。 In this paper, we introduce the structure and the principle of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC). The relationship between the preparation of TiO2 film and light-to-electricity conversion effi- ciency of dye-sensitized solar cells has been studied with SEM and other equipment. The best parameters of preparation craft of TiO2 film have been obtained.
