摘要
高校党建工作是党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分,是推动高校各项事业改革发展的政治基础。文中从完善学校领导体制、队伍建设、组织建设和加强学生党建几方面,分析探讨了加强学校党建工作对思想政治教育工作的成效和影响。
Party - building work in university is an important part of party development, and a political base of carrying out all works of university. Based on the university leadership system, leader team building, organizational building and student party -building work, the achievements and influence of strengthening ideological and political education in university were analyzed.
