The main monitoring object of building automation system was building equipments. To master the building automation technology of construction equipment and effective control of the system, designers must have the building equipment engineering knowledge. The working principle, system structure and construction equipment performance and characteristics of water, heating, air conditioning, electric power, lighting equipments system were introduced.
