奥曲肽在弥漫性化脓性腹膜炎术后的应用 被引量：2

摘要 我院2006年1月至2010年12月在弥漫性化脓性腹膜炎术后早期应用奥曲肽进行治疗,取得了满意的效果,现报告如下. 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料：本组患者弥漫性化脓性腹膜炎62例,男性45例,女性17例,年龄25～82岁,平均（58±6）岁.其中阑尾穿孔30例,上消化道穿孔19例,小肠外伤穿孔10例和自发结肠穿孔3例.
