高职院校艺术设计专业学生岗位能力培养探析

以就业为导向,注重岗位能力的培养,培养学生的社会适应能力,是高职院校的基本出发点和重要任务。高职院校艺术设计专业学生岗位能力的培养途径与方法有六个方面:优化课程设置;建立工学结合的教学模式;提高教师自身专业素养;建立校企合作的办学模式;注重毕业创作的实战性。
