卓越计划模式下应用型本科人才培养模式的构建——校企合作

Construction of Training Model for Applied-typed Undergraduate Colleges Under the Excellence Plan

2010年6月教育部启动卓越工程师教育培养计划,主要是企业与高校共同成为人才培养的单位,加深企业的参与度。校企合作是开展工程教育的重要途径,应用型本科人才培养参照"卓越计划",可以提高人才培养的质量。因此,需要以企业对人才的需求为导向、以调动企业的积极性为突破口、以政府的政策支持为保障、以双师型教师队伍建设为关键来构建应用型本科人才培养模式。

According to the Excellence Plan,colleges should make efforts to cooperate with enterprises in the engineers training.For applied-typed undergraduate colleges,they should work hard to cooperate with enterprises to improve the quality of talents.To realize the goal,applied-typed undergraduate colleges need to obtain the assistance from the government and to mobilize the industrial forces to construct their own cultivation goals to which the construction of double-quality teachers is the key.
