摘要
利用狼尾草替代稻草栽培双孢蘑菇,有利开辟狼尾草利用的新途径。在狼尾草2.0m时刈割,自然条件下晒干,再进行双孢蘑菇栽培。结果表明:杂交狼尾草在草粪比为6:4(C:N:28=66:1)时.产量最高为12.316k咖。,氨基酸含量为24.42%,栽培效益为30.66元/m^2;稻草在草粪比为6:4(C:N:28=66:1)时双孢蘑菇产量最高为14.228kg/m^2、氨基酸含量为19.42%。栽培效益为41.72元/m^2.稻草栽培双孢蘑菇效益高.但稻草产量不高,一般为6000~6750kg/hm^2,狼尾草的干草产量可达45000。67500kg/hm^2,利用其栽培双孢蘑菇.可缓解蘑菇主产区对稻草的需求。杂交狼尾草的不同配方影响蘑菇产量,随着C/N升高其产量下降明显.但对多糖的影响不明显.
An experiment of using Pennisetum americanum xP.purpureum to culture Agaricus bisporus was conducted in order to make clear the effect of different ratios of cow dung to forage on the yield and quality of Agaricus bisporus. The results showed that the highest yield 12.316 kg/m2 and amino acid content 24.42% occurred when the ratio of cow dung to forage was 6 : 4((: : N=28.66 : 1). The formula of straw earns more high profits ,but has a lower yield of hay (6 000-6 750 kg/hm2).The Pennisetum americanumxP.purpureum cultivation of agaricus can reduce the requirement to straw because its yield of hay to 45 000-67 500 kg/hm2. Different formula affected the yield of Agaricus bisporus, which was greatly decreased following with the increase of C/N ratio, but its effect on polysaccharide content was not obvious.
