摘要
运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对猪屎豆种子中脂溶性成分进行分析,应用色谱峰面积归一化法定量分析各成分的相对百分含量,共分离鉴定出37个化合物,占其总量的70.52%。同时采用清除DPPH自由基能力的方法对猪屎豆种子中的脂溶性成分进行抗氧化活性测定,结果显示一定的抗氧化活性,其IC50为560.3μg/mL。
Liposoluble components from the seed of striped crotalaria herb (Crotalaria pallicla Ait.) were analyzed by GC-MS and their antioxidant activities were detected by DPPH free radical scavenging method. Thirty-seven compounds were identified, amounting to 70.52% of the total detected constituents. The hioassay indicated that the liposoluble components from the seed of Crotalaria pallida possessed antioxidant activity, with the IC50 value of 560.3 μg/ml.
