摘要
本文开发了基于键盘板数码管、LED灯以及按键的自动化测试系统,该系统采集键盘板数码管和LED灯的实时图像,能够识别数码管各段是否正常工作,并分析各个LED灯的颜色,亮度以进行分析判断;利用模拟按键动作来判断按键是否正常工作。解决了以往人工检测,效率较低且容易出现误判的问题。本文利用图像处理中边缘检测手段以实现自动判断多个数码管的位置,实现自动检测,从而大大提高了检测效率和准确性。
This paper reports on an automatic test system based on the digital control board, LED light and the keyboard. It captures digital keyboard and LED light board real-time images to monitor the working of different sections of the digital control tube and analyze the color and brightness of LED lights; it uses simulated keystrokes to determine whether the keys are working properly. As a result, problems such as low efficiency and proneness to miscarriage are solved which are popular in manual inspection. Using edge detection to process image, the system can automatically determine the location of multiple digital controls to achieve automatic detection, hence, detection efficiency and accuracy are considerably improved.
