高职院校在后示范建设时期应针对当前工学结合人才培养模式中存在的问题,从更新观念、完善政策、创新体制、课程教学改革、教师培养等方面进一步改革探索,使工学结合人才培养模式更为科学合理,更能适合我国高职院校人才培养的需要与可持续发展的要求。

In the post-modeling construction of higher vocational colleges,the problems appeared in the personnel training mode of work-integrated learning should be solved from the exploration of changing the ideas,innovating the systems,teaching reform on curriculum,teachers training active thinking to make it more scientific,more adaptive to higher vocational colleges＇ development in our country.
