自我国高校实行教育体制改革以来,贫困学生党员问题日益突显,已成为高校发展过程中一大难题。现行高校贫困生资助模式以"奖、贷、助、补、减、勤"为主,虽可以解决物质之需,但不能解决贫困学生党员的心理和行为等方面的贫困问题。高校要以经济资助为起点,以心理扶持为重点,以能力提升为关键,不断纠偏其不良心理与行为,促使其早日成才以更好地服务社会。

Since the implementation of education system reform in higher institutes,the problems of poor college students Party members are highlighted and has become a big problem in the process of the development of higher institutes.The current financial aids for college poor students are ＂scholarship,loaning,assistance,compensating,reducing,part-time working＂,although they can solve the poor＇s material needs,they can not solve the poor Party members＇ psychological and behavioral aspects of poverty.Colleges and universities should use economic aid as a starting point,adopt mental support as the core,enhance the ability as the key,constantly correct their unhealthy psychology and behavior to encourage them to be talents and serve for the society.
