摘要
以云母为基质,TiCl4为原料,采用强迫水解法制备了云母钛前驱体;再以Co(NO3)2.6H2O和Al(NO3)3.9H2O为原料,利用化学共沉淀法制备了CoAl2O4,并将其包覆在云母钛前驱体上,制备出蓝色云母钛珠光颜料.系统地研究了不同反应条件,如反应物初始浓度、溶液pH值、反应时间、搅拌速率、焙烧温度对云母钛产品珠光效果的影响以及分散剂、无水乙醇洗涤、高温焙烧对蓝色云母钛珠光颜料的影响.
Using TIC14 solution as raw materials and mica as substrate,Titania-mica precursor was prepared by method of forced hydrolysis. Using Co(NO3)2·6H2O and Al(NO3)3·9H2O as raw materials, CoAl2O4 was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method,and the blue titania-mica pearlescent pigment was prepared based on the technology of coating CoAl2O4 on the titania-mica precursor. The influences of reaction concentration, the value of pH,reaction tiros, stirring rate and baking temperature on the titania-mica and dispersant,ethanol washing and baking on blue titania-mica pearlescent pigment were investigated.
