摘要
考察了不同显色剂对分光光度法测定萹蓄总黄酮的影响.实验以三氯化铝作为显色剂,在418 nm波长处,测得萹蓄中总黄酮含量为12.012 mg/g,回收率为102.1%.该方法简便、快捷、准确、重现性好,可用于萹蓄中总黄酮含量的测定.
Effect of different developers on the determination of total flavonoids in Polygonum aviculare was explored. The flavonoids were developed with A1C13 and determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry at 418nm. The results showed that the total flavonoids content in samples was 12.012mg/g. The average recovery of the standard substance was 102.1%. The method is simple, rapid,accurate and has good reproducibility,which can be used to determine the content of total flavonoids in Polygonum aviculare.
