摘要
以连杆式振动输送机为研究对象,分析研究了输送机的结构系统与隔振措施,在Pro/ENGINEER中建立了振动输送机的三维数字化模型,采用虚拟样机技术对整机进行了运动学仿真分析,分析的结果可用来指导设计,对实际工程的运用具有一定指导作用。
With the connecting-rod type vibration conveyor as research object,this article studies the structure system and vibration isolation measures of the belt conveyor.A vibration conveyor 3-D digital model was built up in Pro/engineer.A simulation analysis was made to kinematics by virtual prototype technology.The result of the analysis can be used as a guide for the design as well as the actual project.
