The financial crisis is a threat to the fundamental crisis of ongoing business,it is not abrupt and is divided into the incubation period,the outbreak,growth and settlement period of four-phase accumulation.According to different stages of the financial situation,the value of Edward o Altman Z score model and the different periods of the relevant financial indicators together,using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis,analysis of the financial crisis to determine the the level,in order to take appropriate arrangements for the avoidance of financial risk.
