摘要
比较了不同提取溶剂对酸枣仁皂苷A的提取效果,确定65%乙醇为提取剂.通过正交试验,得到了最佳提取工艺条件:以65%乙醇为提取溶剂,固液比为1∶10,提取2次,每次90 min,酸枣仁皂苷A的提取率为83.5%.
The paper compared the effect of different extraction solvents on the extraction of jujuboside A from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.The results showed that 65% ethanol was the preferred extraction solvent.Through orthogonal experiments,we obtained the optimum jujuboside A extraction conditions as follows： 65% ethanol as extraction solvent,the material-to-liquid ratio 1 ︰10,extraction twice,and extraction time 90 minutes each time, the yield of jujuboside A reached 83.5%.
