枯草芽孢杆菌对有害真菌的生防作用及最佳发酵条件研究 被引量:7

BIOCONTROL EFFECT OF BACILLUS SUBTILIS BS-02 ON HARMFUL MOLD AND OPTIMAL CULTURE CONDITIONS

摘要 运用平板对峙法初步研究了枯草芽孢杆菌BS-02对部分有害真菌的拮抗效果,结果显示:BS-02菌株对砖红镰刀菌的拮抗作用明显,对黑曲霉、黄曲霉、青霉等有害真菌无拮抗作用.显微观察结果表明:BS-02对砖红镰刀菌的生防机制主要是分泌抗菌物质抑制病原菌生长.通过单因素试验和正交试验,得到BS-02最佳拮抗活性的发酵条件为:12 h种龄、1.0%蔗糖、1.0%酵母膏、0.5%NaCl、初始pH 5.0、5%接种量、装液量50 mL/250 mL、210 r/min、31℃、48 h. The paper primarily studied the antagonistic effect of Bacillus subtilis BS-02 on a part of harmful mold by plate confrontation method.The results showed that the strain BS-02 had significant antagonistic effect on Fusarium lateritium,and had no antagonistic effect on the harmful mold,such as Aspergillus niger,A.flavus and Penicillium.The microscopic observation results showed that the biocontrol mechanism of the strain BS-02 on the Fusarium lateritium was that the strain BS-02 secreted antifungal materials to inhibit the growth of Fusarium lateritium.Through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,the fermentation conditions of the strain BS-02 with the best antagonistic activity were as follows: seed age 12 hours,saccharose1.0%,yeast extract 1.0%,NaCl 0.5%,initial pH 5.0,inoculation amount 5%,liquid volume 50 mL in a 250 mL flask,rotation speed 210 r/min,temperature 31℃ and culture time 48 hours.
