摘要
制备了石墨烯修饰电极,研究了肾上腺素在修饰电极上的电化学行为.实验结果表明,石墨烯修饰电极对肾上腺素有明显的催化作用.在pH=5的柠檬酸-磷酸氢二钠的缓冲溶液中,肾上腺素的氧化峰电流与浓度在2.0×10-4~2.0×10-3 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-6 mol/L.修饰电极表现出良好的稳定性.
Graphene modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared,and the electrochemical behaviors of epinephrine was studied on this modified electrode.Experimental results show that the graphene modified electrode has excellent catalytic properties for redox of epinephrine.In PBS(pH=5) solution,the oxidation peak current was linear with the concentration of EP in the range of 2.0×10-4 mol/L^2.0 ×10-3mol/L.The detection limit is 2.0×10-6mol/L.The modified electrode showed good stability
