福州健身俱乐部私人教练现状及发展对策研究

The Research on the Current Situation of the Fitness Club Private Coaches in Fuzhou and the Development Countermeasures

对福州市部分健身俱乐部私人教练的现状进行了调查,发现目前健身俱乐部中私人教练存在教练员过于年轻、学历水平高低不一、专业知识薄弱等问题.认为建立相应市场法规和培训晋级制度是保证和促进我国私人教练良性发展的必要措施,也是提高福州私人教练市场的信誉程度和规范化水平的必经之路,而提供优质高效的服务是保证私人教练生存发展的重要条件.

The investigation of the present situation of some fitness club coaches in Fuzhou was made,which shows that some coaches are too young,they have different school backgrounds,and they have poor professional knowledge.So it concludes that establishing market laws regulations and training promotion system is necessary to guarantee and promote the sound development of private coaches,is also the only way to raise the reputation and standardized level of the private coach market,and that providing excellent service is an important condition for the survival development of private coaches.
