基于废弃陶瓷的改性滤料制备及其表面特征研究

摘要 以废弃瓷砖颗粒为载体,FeCl_3为改性剂制备改性滤料。采用SEM、EDS、XRD等测试技术对改性滤料进行表征分析。结果表明:改性滤料表面氧化铁膜主要以吸附性能良好的α-Fe_2O_3和β-FeOOH晶体形式存在,这些铁氧化物相互呈球状颗粒聚集,厚实不均匀,使得改性滤料具有较大比表面积。 The modified filtration media was prepared by waste ceramic tiles and modified with the agent of FeCl3, and its properties were characterized by some analytical methods such as SEM, EDS, XRD. The results showed that the oxidized iron films on the surface of modified filtration media was composed of α- Fe2O3 and β-FeOOH of good adsorption properties. These spherical iron oxide particles were relatively thick and non - uniform, so the modified filtration media had larger specific surface area.
