石花菜多糖对糖尿病大鼠降血糖作用的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究石花菜多糖的降血糖作用。方法建立大鼠四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型,筛选50只血糖>16.1mmol/L的大鼠随机分为5组:石花菜多糖高剂量组(2 400mg/kg)、中剂量组(1 200mg/kg)、低剂量组(600mg/kg),格列吡嗪治疗组(1.8mg/kg),模型对照组。观察不同剂量的石花菜多糖对血糖、血清胰岛素和胰高血糖素的影响。结果石花菜多糖高剂量组、中剂量组可降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠的血糖,与模型对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。高剂量组能提高胰岛素水平,降低胰高血糖素浓度,与模型对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论石花菜多糖对糖尿病大鼠有降血糖作用。 Objective To explore the hypoglycemic effect of gelidium amansii polysaccharide. Method The rat alloxaninduced diabetic model was established and 50 rats with their blood glucose〉16.1 mmol/L were chosen and ramdonly divided into five groups: namely group with high-dose gelidium amansii polysaccharide (2400 mg/kg), group with medium gelidium amansii polysaccharide (1 200 mg/kg), group with low-dose gelidium amansii polysaccharide (600 mg/kg), group treated with glipizide (1.8 rng/kg) and the model control group. The effect of different dosages of gelidium amansii polysaccharide on blood glucose, serum insulin and glucagon were observed. Results The group with high-dose and medium gelidium amansii polysaccharide may reduce the blood glucose of alloxan-induced diabetic rats and compared with the model control group, each difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). The group with high-dose agar polysaccharide could improve the insulin level, reduce/he concentration of glucagon, and the difference, compared with the model control group, was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion The gelidium amansii polysaccharide has hypoglycemic effect in diabetic rats.
