我国近30年引进的心理咨询与治疗理论分析

Theoretical Analysis of Psychological Counseling and Therapy Introduced into China in Recent Thirty Years

目的了解我国心理咨询与治疗理论的现状及存在的问题。方法对我国自改革开放30年来,发表在中国期刊网上国外引进的心理咨询与治疗理论文献进行文献计量学分析和内容分析。结果国外引进的心理咨询与治疗理论中,被提到最多的是人本—存在主义理论,其次是精神分析理论/心理动力学理论、认知主义理论、整合理论。结论我国心理咨询与治疗理论基本上来源于国外,但在具体应用中都做了一些调整和改造使其本土化。

Objective To have a knowledge about the status quo of psychological counseling and therapy theories in our country and the existing problems. Method The documents of psychological counseling and therapy, which were introduced from abroad and had published in the china journal network in last thirty years since the implementation of China＇s reform and opening up, were analyzed with bibliometrics and content analysis. Results Among the theories of psychological counseling and therapy introduced from abroad, the most-frequently mentioned one was the humanistic-existential theory, the next ones came the theory of psychoanalysis/ psychodynamic theory, cognitivism theory and integration theory. Conclusion The theories of psychological counseling and therapy in our country substantially originated from abroad, but some adjustments and changes are made to localize them in specific practice.
