Research on the Cultivating Model of High-level Engineering and Technical Talents with the Teacher-Student Team of Graduate Students as a carrier

国际竞争,本质是经济竞争,经济竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争。本文在分析研究生师生团队特征的基础上,提出要培养具备多学科交叉知识、拥有扎实的工程实践能力和团队协作能力,怀有高尚的道德情操、社会责任感和使命感的高层次工程科技人才,而作为培养载体的研究生师生团队应该构建协作性优化模式。

Economic competition, the nature of international competition, is ultimately a competition of talents. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of teacher-student team of graduate students, this paper puts forward a model with optimized collaboration to cultivate the high-level engineering and technical talents with interdisciplinary knowledge, solid engineering practical ability, teamwork abilities, high sense of morality, social responsibility and mission.
