基于元分析的高管团队异质性与产品创新绩效关系研究

技术创新是企业生存、发展的源泉,高管异质性影响着创新绩效的高低。本文基于元分析分析方法,对高管异质性与产品创新绩效的关系进行研究,研究表明:年龄异质性对创新绩效有显著的负向影响,任期、教育背景和职业背景异质性对创新绩效有显著的正向影响。这为企业更好地开展创新活动提供了理论帮助。

Technology innovation is the source in enterprise＇ s survival and development, and TMT heterogeneity affects innovation performance. Based on using meta-analysis, this text will research the relationship between TMT heterogeneity and products＇ innovation performance. The results is： age heterogeneity is negative to the innovation performance and tenure, education background, profession background is positive to the innovation performance. This paper provides the theory basis for the enterprise to develop the innovation activity well.
