浦江水晶产业演化的组织生态学分析

摘要 本文从组织生态学理论中的密度依赖理论和资源分割理论两个重要理论的视角对浦江水晶产业的发展演化规律进行了深入的剖析,在此基础上提出了两个相关假设并加以证明,进而对浦江水晶产业的发展提出了若干建议。 As perspective of organizational ecology, the rule which evolve in the PuJiang crystal industry were investigated thoroughly , then, two kinds of hypothesis were put forward. Finally, this paper has put forward the counterplan of the further development.
