摘要
以江苏省企业创新调研数据为基础,根据调研数据的特点,采用多重对应分析对影响企业创新绩效的微观关键因素进行实证分析。研究表明,这些关键因素包括:拥有本科、硕士学历且具有较强创新意识的企业家,属于国家级高新技术企业或省级高新技术企业,地处苏南地区的企业,具有较高的创新绩效。为此,要提升企业创新绩效,应加强政府对企业进行高新技术企业级别的认定并给予政策的倾斜,确保高技术产业创新活动的投入力度,努力减小区域的科技、经济差异,合理配置创新资源,增强企业家创新意识,提升企业的创新水平。
This paper is based on the innovation survey data of enterprises in Jiangsu province. According to the characteristics of survey data, it adopts the multiple correspondence study to make the positive analysis on the key micro - factors influencing the enterprises' innovative performance. The results show that: entrepreneurs with a bachelor, master degree have a strong sense of innovation; enterprises belonging to national or provincial high - tech enterprises situated in southern Jiangsu have high innovation performance. Therefore, in order to enhance enterprises' innovation performance, the government should strengthen the identification of high - tech enterprise level, give preferential policies to ensure the input of high - tech industry innovation activity, strive to reduce the technological and economic differences among areas, rationally allocate the innovative resources, and to enhance the awareness and level of entrepreneurial innovation.
