摘要
创新型科技人才对科技、经济、社会发展的支撑引领作用日益凸显。在界定创新型科技人才内涵的基础上,通过构建创新型科技人才绩效评价指标体系和模型,对湖南省的创新型科技人才绩效进行实证研究,并给出可供操作的政策措施。
Innovative talents have become increasingly prominent role to sci. ＆ tech economy and social development. Onthe basis of defining the meaning of innovative talents, this paper builds performance evaluation index system and model, and expands empirical study to Hunan province＇ s innovative talents of performance. So it gives the policies and measures for operation.
