摘要
制造业过去的竞争优势是产品创新能力,现在则是服务创新能力。当今,制造业一方面要加强自身的核心技术能力,另一方面也要强化解决顾客问题的服务能力。在回顾相关文献的基础上,分析了制造业服务化的定义与内涵;基于微笑曲线理论和产业链竞争理论,探讨了制造业服务化的动力机制。
The competitive advantage of enterprises in the past lay in product innovation ability, but now is service innovation ability. Nowadays, the manufacturing, on one hand, should strengthen its core technical ability; on the other hand, it also has to strengthen the service ability of solving customers' problems. This paper analyzes the definition and connotation of manufacturing service, and then discusses the motive mechanism of service of manufacturing on the basis of smiling curve theory and industry chain competition theory.
