Comparative Studies of the Highly Skilled Logistics Talents Training Modes at Home and Abroad

通过对国内外高技能物流人才培养模式的对比分析,指出我国在此领域存在的差距和问题。在此基础上,借鉴国外物流人才的培养模式,结合我国国情,探讨我国培养高技能物流人才的有效模式,为加快我国物流业的进一步发展提供强有力的智力保障。

This paper conducts in - depth comparative analyses in the training modes of domestic and foreign highly skilledlogistics personnel, pointing out the gaps and problems in this field. And on this basis, referring to the training patterns of foreign logistics, combined with China＇s national conditions, this paper probes effective training modes of China＇s highly skilled logistics personnel, which will provide a strong intellectual protection of the further development of China＇s logistics industry.
