摘要
开放式创新背景下,企业对外部知识的搜寻是企业构建竞争优势的重要途径。知识搜寻的宽度、深度和新颖性构成组织知识搜寻的三个维度,三者对企业创新绩效有不同的作用机理。引入组织学习方式的调节作用,探索性学习对知识搜寻深度和新颖性与创新绩效的关系起着正向调节作用,对知识搜寻宽度与创新绩效的关系起着负向调节作用,利用性学习的调节作用恰恰与之相反。在此基础上构建了知识搜寻与创新绩效关系的理论模型,并考虑了组织学习方式对两者关系的调节作用。
In the open innovation era, the search for outside knowledge promotes firms to build competitive advantages.Knowledge search construction consists of breadth, depth and novelty, which influences the firm' s innovation performance differently. Considering the moderating role of organizatinn learning, exploratory learning has positive moderating effect on the relationship between search depth/novehy and innovation performance, and has negative moderating effect on the relationship between search breadth and innovation performance, exploitative learning is just the opposite. After that, the paper puts forward a completely theoretical model with moderating variables.
