摘要
鸭跖草(Commelina commumis L.)是黑龙江省大豆田危害最严重的恶性杂草之一,并且对一些除草剂的耐药性较强。利用石蜡切片和光学显微镜技术对黑龙江省大豆田恶性杂草鸭跖草叶片表皮形态特征及解剖结构进行研究,以期探讨其耐药性强的细胞显微结构基础。结果表明,鸭跖草叶片表皮细胞排列紧密,无胞间隙,细胞均略呈方形或长方形。鸭跖草叶片上下表皮都有气孔,而且叶片上表皮气孔密度显著地小于下表皮气孔密度。鸭跖草叶片解剖结构结果显示叶片由上表皮、栅栏组织、海绵组织及下表皮四部分组成。叶片上下表皮均由一层薄壁细胞组成,栅栏组织是由一层长柱形薄壁细胞组成,海绵组织是由多层薄壁细胞组成的。
Dayflower (Commelina commumis L.) was one of the worst weeds in soybean field in Heilongjiang Province and existed tolerance to some herbicides. Paraffin section technique and light microscopy were used to investigate the foliar surface features and dissection constructure three leaf dayflower in order to indicate cell constructure difference leading to tolerant diversity to herbicide. The results showed that epidermis cells were rectangle or square and arranged closed without intercellular. There were stomatals in upper and lower epidermis. It existed thinner stomatals in upper epidermis than lower epidermis. Dissection constructure was consisted of upper epidermis, palisade tissue, spongy tissue and lower epidermis. Leaf upper and lower epidermis composed by a layer of parenchyma cells. Palisade tissue was made up a layer of rectanglar parenchyma cells, spongy tissue was constituted multilayer parenchyma.
